Campground
50 amp electrical hookup and water at each site. Spacious sites with in walking distance of dining hall, clean shower and rest room facilities.
Stalls
Lighted, clean covered stalls with water hookups . Saw dust provided.
Dining Hall
The 4000 sq. ft. dining hall specializing in great home cooked meals. Dining hall open Friday night before ride starts for early arrivals at an additional low cost.
Services
Farrier Services are available (Note: Farrier services are available through outside services only.)  General store well stocked with soft drinks, personal items, tack & much more.  Hay & grain available. Laundromat.
Room Rentals
Four furnished rooms &two family sized cabins available. Bed linens & pillows furnished. Towels are---NOT Supplied.
Special Rides/Open Rides
Plan your family, personal friends, or club ride. Set your own dates & use our facilities. Inquire.
Open Camping
Come and enjoy our campground facilities by camping during the off season times. Please call for availability. Campsite $12 .00 per night/Stalls $5.00 per night .

All persons who attend this trail ride do so at their own risk. All are advised of MO Senate Bill 457 and the following: WARNING UNDER MISSOURI LAW AN EQUINE PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES PURSUANT TO THE REVISED STATUES OF MISSOURI

BIG CREEK TRAIL RIDE RULES

*We are not responsible for accidents to man or beasts.
*We reserve the right to reject any entry.
*All horses transported to the facilities must have  negative Coggins test.
*Children under the age of 14 are required to wear helmets while riding.  Riding double will not be permitted.
*Horses that kick, or are extremely aggressive must wear red tail ribbons at all times.
*No rough riding, racing, and NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR ILLEGAL DRUGS OF ANY KIND.
*DOGS are allowed only in campers or on leashes.  This will be enforced!  NO DOGS allowed on the trails, in the rooms, or in the dining hall.  You are responsible for your animals.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
*No motorcycles or ATV’S.
*All camps must be quiet by 10:00 p.m.
*No stallions without special approval.
*No feed may be stored in stalls.
*Everyone must be registered.  All visitors must register through office.
*Swimming or bathing horses is not permitted in creeks or rivers.
*If your horse damages a tree, you will be expected to replace the tree at a fee of $150.00 or more.
*A meeting will be held the night before a ride begins to familiarize riders with rules and policies.

 PRO-RATE POLICY

The majority of the rides are for 1 week.  We pro-rate by the number of meals left upon arrival.  Note:  You may phone in your reservation and then mail your deposit.  A phoned reservation will be held for 1 week.  Due to the limited number of campsites, early reservations are advised.

 Directions to Big Creek Trail Ride:

1 mile North of Summersville, MO on Hwy. 17, turn on K Hwy. Travel 11 miles North on Hwy K, turn left on Co. Rd. 385 (MO State Conservation Sign).  Travel 7 miles on Co. Rd. 385.  Watch for Big Creek Trail Ride Signs.

Charges are based on brining your own horse and sleeping facilities.

 Early arrivals welcome at $10.00 per night/campsite. $2.00 per night/stall.  Saturday night before ride begins is free.

*Please note:  Early departures will not be refunded.
Room Rentals:

Single bed per night/person . . . . . . $20.00
Deluxe rooms per night/person  . . . $40.00
*Each additional person $5.00 per night.
Rooms include microwaves, refrigerators, bed linens, and pillows.  Towels NOT SUPPLIED!

 Charges Include:

Guided full and ½ day trail riding; 2 lunch on the trail days, 3 hot meals daily (starting Sunday noon through Saturday breakfast). Bingo, music, bon fires, firewood, and sawdust.  Dump station on site. 

Cancellations:

You may cancel your reservations by phone or letter.  You may receive a refund of the entire deposit if you have called or written 30 days prior to the scheduled ride.  You may also transfer your deposit to the next year or to a different ride of the same year as long as you have contacted the office within the 30 day time period.  We will transfer your deposit one(1) time only, which means that if you cannot attend the ride that you have transferred your deposit to, you loose your deposit.  You cannot receive a refund from a reservation that has been transferred.
